We recommend using brass or stainless steel screws as they do not reach with the tannins in the timber.
These hooks are designed for indoor use, however, they can be treated for outdoor use if preferred. If you would like it for outdoor use then please let us know and we will treat it appropriately. Please note if you are intending to mount this outside then it is imperative to use brass or stainless steel screws.
